Further, I have consistently ranked in the top 20 producing Century 21 agents in the Mid Atlantic States. I have an extensive knowledge of and experience in the Arlington market, which is my focus, but have sold new construction and resale homes in all of Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. I pride myself on quality service, extensive high end marketing and knowing my product. I take each listing personally and I treat it as if it were my own home. When buying through me, I let the home do the talking because I dont believe in pressure tactics. My job is not to sell you on a home, it is to find the homes that best fit your criteria, make you feel comfortable throughout the transaction, and strongly negotiate your terms on the home of your choice, and I have extensive knowledge and over 12 years of experience in resales, new homes, foreclosures and short sales to do just that. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I graduated with a business degree in Accounting from Clarion University and worked as an accountant in New York for over 4 years. Knowing that I wanted to make a career in selling real estate, I moved to Northern Virginia in 2003 and was licensed in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland and started working with Century 21 Redwood Realty as their first agent, a company which now spans 10 regional offices and consists of hundreds of agents. In 2007, I got my brokers license in Virginia and Maryland and started my own brokerage, Battle Real Estate, shortly after.
