After receiving his MBA from Oxford and working in Italy as a Business Analyst for the UN World Food Program, Eduardo returned home to Virginia to begin his real estate career. He spent 2 1/2 years managing a top-producing team at Washington Fine Properties before moving to Keller Williams Realty, where he has embarked on his vision to create a successful real estate business built 100% by referral.
By shifting away from traditional real estate prospecting techniques such as cold-calling and door-knocking, Eduardo is able to dedicate his energy to delivering a first-class customer service experience for his past clients, as well as his friends, family and future clients. Whether it's providing a free home valuation, referring someone to a vetted service professional or managing challenging contract negotiations, Eduardo takes pride in seeing people achieve their real estate goals through a relational as opposed to transactional business approach. This service-based philosophy guided Eduardo's work with the UN, and it continues today as a volunteer for the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).
Through his humanitarian work and his love of travel, Eduardo has visited over 40 countries and speaks three languages fluently. His professional and educational background in finance, marketing and international relations enables him to grasp rapidly changing market dynamics while emphasizing a results-based, client-centered approach to his work.
Born in McLean and now residing in Arlington with his wife Kathy, Eduardo prides himself on his in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace, his expertise in technology-based marketing and his unwavering dedication to his clients throughout the DC metropolitan area.
