Greg Tindale has worked with hundreds of clients helping them buy and sell homes in the DMV area. He understands that each home sale is the most important thing going on for his client. Their sale is their Super Bowl and he makes sure to treat it that way. Greg runs his business on four core business standards: 1. Creating an exceptional client experience 2. Teaching the real estate process 3. Being an expert in negotiation and marketing 4. Making the process fun! Greg is also passionate about the DC art, theater and comedy scene. He has been a teacher, director and performer with the Washington Improv Theater since 2006. Greg has performed comedy at Second City in Chicago, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York and Los Angeles, The Sydney Comedy Festival in Sydney, Australia and the Kennedy Center in DC among other venues. Greg also teaches workshops on using the principles of Improv to create innovation in business. Past workshop participants include employees of The Wall Street Journal, Vox, Facebook, YouTube, The New York Times, NPR and Deloitte. Greg graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a degree in Government and Politics, spending time in local government and on Capitol Hill. The issues he was most passionate about centered around housing and development, which led him to become a full time real estate agent in 2004. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Christina, children Grace & Mason, and pets Apollo the Dog & Lucy the Cat.

This personal approach distinguishes me from many other agents who view their clients as sales units. I focus on building long-term relationships with clients based on respect and follow-through and I frequently receive referrals to new clients by my former clients. I earned a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Howard University. I enjoy photography and the arts scene in the Nation’s Capital.
